I placed an order on monday and taking into account the weather I didnt have much expectations of seeing it this side of Xmas, but i was amazed to get a phone call today from yourselves telling me that because the courier company couldnt pick it up you were delivering it yourselves, and true to your word you did.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, however in some circumstances bad weather, low stock levels or pure bad luck may result in slight delays – we'll always keep you informed of any issues but if you are concerned simply contact us before purchase for exact details of product availability and delivery times.
Simply because we also operate a busy bike shop there may be rare situations where a product sells out in the shop and there is a brief delay until our website gets remotely updated - for that reason we can not fully guarantee website details regarding stock availability & pricing are 100% accurate and up-to-date - however these are rare occurances and you will never be charged for purchases until the stock has shipped - regardless, we can offer a full refund/cancellation should you have any issues with advised delivery times. We always advise you to contact the shop if you have any queries.
We aim for free next day delivery to the island of Ireland and 48hr delivery to the UK. Bikes are generally delivered boxed with a small amount of assembly required - we supply the basic tools needed to rebuild - remember that bikes and all other online orders can be collected in store if more convenient.

Our current carriers are GLS Ireland - they provide tracking numbers for your convenience - you will receive a confirmation email when you're order is collected with a unique code, then simply visit their website to track your parcel.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address is provided and that someone will be present to sign for the goods – unfortunately it is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. If our courier misses you he/she will leave a calling card and will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package after which point it will be returned to us.
We apologise but there is no dispatch or delivery available on weekends or bank holidays – if this is a problem please contact FitzCycles.ie and we will try and accommodate your needs as best we can.
In the unlikely event that your package goes missing, we will either arrange to resend the goods or refund your payment. We reserve the right to charge you for goods if our couriers confirm they have been signed for at the address provided.
